With three decades of experience in the classroom and school leadership, I have seen firsthand how the right tools can unlock a child's potential.  As a former Reading Specialist, Title I Teacher, and Administrator, my career has been dedicated to the science of education and the joy of learning.  

I founded The Unplugged Educator to help parents and teachers navigate the digital noise.  My mission is simple: to vet and recommend high-quality, tactile, and screen free resources that align with how children learn- through touch, talk, movement, and play.
